Please note that the staircase to the attic is fairly steep. The property sits on a private natural plot surrounded by forest, providing tranquility and space to enjoy the outdoors. A terrace, hammock, and swings create ideal spots for relaxation. Except for one neighboring house, the property is secluded and only a few hundred meters from Præstø Fjord. The fjord offers shallow, child-friendly waters perfect for swimming and playing. This idyllic home is ideal for families or couples seeking a quiet retreat in nature with a historic touch.
