Position is stunning- overlooking the lake. All staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and well equipped. And a bonus for us were the EV chargers.

We have stayed at this hotel many many times. Always a great welcome and the hotel has great facilities. The location is excellent; especially with views over the water. The hotel is close to the bars and restaurants.
I preferred it when breakfast was served in the bigger room

Loved the big comfy bed
The bath. The sunny terrace with fabulous view of the lake.
The pool was lovely.
We had a really enjoyable relaxing time. We have been before many times and we will be back again soon. We Love Bagnoles de l'Orne
The carpet was stained. The furniture was chipped.
The jacuzzi was out of order on the last day.
The Restaurabt was honestly very poor and expensive. We will be coming again but will never eat in the restaurant again

We had a room with bath and a handheld shower, the shower had no wall bracket and there was no shower curtain
which fo us was not good at all , it is very easy to provide an option for standup shower and bath, this spoilt it for us.
