ABOUT THE WAY OF WATER:
“The Way of Water” is a newly built vacation home located on the Northside of 30A's Inlet Beach, Florida. This vacay hideaway features brand new furnishings throughout each space with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining, sleeper sofa in the living room, and an entire 3rd-floor family suite. In addition to providing a restful vacation experience for up to 10 guests, this private residence is also dog friendly! Your reservation also comes with complimentary bicycle cruisers for nearby exploration into the local shops and restaurants of 30Avenue.
Once you reach the quiet 30A neighborhood of "The Ivy", you'll find The Way of Water tucked away on the outer most street, just next to the tree line. The outdoor sitting area for 2, leads straight to the front door and into the main living, kitchen, and dining area on the ground floor. Inside furnishings comfortably host 10 guests to cook, dine, and relax. Whether you're the kind of guest who's tuning into the big game on Saturday or the one who brought all the family's favorite recipes to cook, you will all be together making lifelong memories!
The second floor leads up to the first walkout balcony, furnished with an outdoor dining table. Just before making your way outside to greet the Sunrise, there is a quaint coffee station waiting to brew your first cup! A designated desk/workplace has also been set up just before you reach the balcony. Two king suites sit just down the hall. One having its own entrance to the large open balcony overlooking the neighborhood while the other has a quaint view of the backyard, each have private ensuites. Most of the space on the third floor is dedicated to recreation and entertainment! A large smart tv hangs on the wall, accompanied by kids movie chairs, family board games & puzzles. French doors open to an additional walkout balcony overlooking the neighborhood, creating a fun open-air space to hang out together as a family! There is a twin over twin bunk bed here as well, followed by a queen bedroom just off of the recreational space.

Our stay was great. We had an awesome time, we did not want to leave. Lovely place, quiet, great neighborhood. Beautiful decor. The property is exactly as described and shown in the listing.Just a short walk to Inlet beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you for the warm and welcoming accommodations, we would definitely book again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Way of Water. The house is new and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you need. Although we brought our own, we appreciated the beach towels supplied by Paradise Properties. The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved taking the bikes to explore 30A. (There is a safe underpass to cross Hwy 98 and access 30A easily about a half mile from the house)
The property is a little further from the beach than I thought. Not a big deal except you must cross divided Hwy 98 to get to the Inlet Beach public access point and biking or walking made me very nervous. There is a crosswalk but it isn't one people stop at and they drive very fast in that area. We ended up driving to the beach access as it felt safer.
I can't say enough good things about Paradise Properties. They responded to my inquiry of the home very quickly and answered all my questions. Booking was simple and upon arrival we had a bottle of wine and a cute bag with items to start our stay (trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods). Very thoughtful!

The house was clean and comfortable. We had room for the whole family to spread out. The patios were awesome. Great place to spend the early mornings and evenings. Property management was awesome to work with. House is walking distance to beach and several shops and restaurants.
