Spacious two-room apartment in a very quiet and sunny area at the foot of Monte Brione, among the olive trees. Private parking, bike/sports equipment storage - 2 free city bikes - air conditioning - electric car charging station - Wi-Fi.
A 5-minute drive or 10-minute bike ride from the lake.
TERRACE Apartment: First floor with a large terrace and splendid views of the surrounding nature, plus a second terrace. Large double bedroom, living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed, and bathroom.
A ground-floor apartment with a garden is also available in the same building; please inquire.

Everything went as expected; great place, beautiful location, confortable house. It is the right place if you are thinking about a big space where spent good time and store all your toys. I had with me 3 windsurfing boards, 4 sails, masts,... and two bicycles and Laura's flat is really a good comprimise if you are sick for sport as I am. Laura is kind and really nice. Approved!
