The location is awesome and makes it feel even more remote than some of the other rental properties in the area. Tents are spaced out nicely so it feels like you have your own space once you’re inside and in your yard. All furnishings and finishing is top notch and feels like a fine house. The air conditioning worked great once the sun went down and made the stay comfortable.
Some very minor issues and suggestions from our stay. The provided telescope had a broken leg that was held up with tape, which worked well enough, but was also missing the phone attachment mentioned in the facility binder. The provided kitchen items were exceptional, but would be nice to have a large mixing bowl or a set of various sizes to help prep food.

The location near Big Bend National Park is fantastic, and it is also very close to Terlingua Ghost Town which is a fun place to visit.
The water pressure in the shower was terrible and while the main bed was quite comfortable, both people who slept in the pull out couch bed complained it was very uncomfortable.

The bed & bedding were so luxurious, as were the gorgeous toiletries provided.
Loved simple extras like olive oil & salt/pepper, great for use with bbq
The peace and tranquility was exquisite
The only thing that could have improved my stay was a wine glass
