Super Betten; tolle und sehr zentrale Lage innerhalb Ladenburg und natürlich auch für die Umgebung Heidelberg und Mannheim.Vor Ort alles zu Fuß erreichbar (sehr gute Gastronomie ); Belegung am ehesten für 4 erwachsene Personen geeignet; Vermieter bestens zu erreichen, einwandfreie Kommunikation.
Lediglich ein paar Kleinigkeiten, welche offen mit dem Vermieter kommuniziert wurden und er sich auch darum kümmern will. Das Thema Aufteilung sollte man sich im Vorfeld aus den Angaben
bewusster machen, vielleicht hilft hier auch ein zusätzlicher Grundrissplan.

Appartement très agréable dans l'ensemble, situé dans une très jolie petite ville. Restaurants, bars, tout peut être fait à pied.
Il y a 3 chambres, dont deux complètement séparées, une dans la pièce de vie fermée par deux rideaux et un canapé-lit.
Une place de parking est prévue dans l'enceinte.
L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel.
Une seule salle de bain mais deux toilettes (dont une dans la salle de bain).
La communication était facile, tous les détails envoyés en avance. La récupération des clés s'est faite sans souci.
Hormis la taque induction et hotte défectueuses, le tout fonctionnait (four, frigo et lave-vaisselle). Pas de micro-onde ou pas vu...
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour le café, la vaisselle, nettoyage...
Nous étions deux couples adulte avec 3 enfants, c'était un peu de trop. Pour être bien, il faut être 4 ou 6 maximum.
Une seule salle de bain, et dans une chambre séparée, alors que dans le descriptif, il y est mentionné deux (2 wc)
La taque induction ne fonctionne pas, et suivant les autres commentaires, depuis un certain temps. Une taque électrique est néanmoins disponible.
Canapé-lit pas du tout confortable en mode lit.

Everything was nice, neat, beautiful, I could see that the owner tried to offer the best!
The apartment is in the heart of Ladenburg and the surroundings are beautiful.
We had more than enough dishes, coffee, products for cleaning, dish washer, laundry machine. It was light, warm and comfortable. The owner was very prompt in answering my messages. I read about the neighbours in the comments, but we didn't get any word from them, and we were just reasonably quiet.
All was great!
