Nice apartment, very clean. It has a big balcony with a hot tub, which is great for kids. Peaceful location, right next to the aquapark, 10-15 minutes walk from city center. Nice front yard, where you can park two cars without issues.
The bed for sitting in the living room is quite uncomfortable. The bedrooms are on the top floor, which is an issue if you have a small child and you have to constantly prevent it from going on the steep stairs.

Everything was great, the jacuzzi was superb, the host was very hospitable and helped us with all our questions.
Also there were staff for barbecue, but it's very small. For the 3 people it's ok, but for bigger companies it's better to bring your stuff.
The location of the apartments is great, it's near the city center, you can walk to the big park with a lot of shops and cafes.
