Relax and enjoy a wonderful seaside escape in Above the Waves. Located in the oceanside neighborhood of Elk Creek, Above the Waves provides beautiful third-floor ocean views and luxury accommodations just a few steps from the beach. With generous living space and three large king bedrooms, this home is perfect for larger groups but still cozy and comfortable for two. Sip your coffee on the covered deck while listening to the ocean or take a quick walk down to the beach via the Elk Creek trail. Your beach adventure awaits!

The main floor living space features a spacious, fully equipped chef's kitchen including a gas range, convection oven, and KitchenAid mixer, and the covered deck with seating for four is just off the kitchen for year-round grilling. The large kitchen island is perfect for casual dining, or take your meal to the cozy dining area with banquette. For chilly evenings, settle into the sofa and enjoy the gas fireplace. Adjoining the great room is a king primary bedroom with ensuite steam shower bathroom and walk-in closet. For additional flexibility in sleeping arrangements, the living room sectional folds out into a queen plus memory foam bed.

On the third floor, two additional king bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) provide beautiful, expansive views of Elk Creek and the ocean. Need to work from home? One of the bedrooms can double as a workspace with a sit-stand desk and monitor provided. The media room at the center of the third floor is a cheerful, cozy space to unwind and includes a double sofa bed. Cable TV, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch are provided, along with games and puzzles for unplugged entertainment. A large full bathroom with dual sinks is adjacent to the media room.

Finally, the oversized two car garage with clearance for large SUVs provides hassle-free parking no matter the weather. In addition, the sheltered front porch opens to a large first floor foyer, a convenient place to come into from the beach.

Above the Waves is also close to everything you need to enjoy the beautiful Washington coast. Fly a kite on the beach or play a friendly game of pickleball at the nearby Kucera Park. Head to Buck's Northwest for bike rentals and other outdoor adventures, including surfing or Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) lessons. Explore Seabrook's trail system or take a day trip to Copalis Beach, Ruby Beach, or Lake Quinault.

Please note that stairs between levels as well as hardwood and tile floors (with the exception of carpet on the third floor) exist throughout the home. Guests with limited mobility and families with very small children will want to be aware of this.

Up to two potty-trained and well-behaved dogs are welcome at Above the Waves provided they are crated when unattended. Dog bowls and towels are provided.
