Located in Sorrento and framed by the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius, Villa Assunda is a luxury modern villa with a large garden and private swimming pool. Ideally located near Sorrento's town centre, with its cafes, restaurants, and shops, the villa is ideal for family gatherings or groups of friends looking to explore the area and enjoy everything that Sorrento has to offer.
Villa Assunda (300 sqm) develops over three levels.
On the first floor you will find three suites with access to a terrace (with king-size bed, double sofa bed, air conditioning, 2 TVs with satellite channels and netflix, fridge, kettle, safe, desk, wireless charger) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, wash basin, toilet, bidet, Bluetooth connection), as well as bathrobes and slippers.
On the second floor, you will find another three suites with access to a terrace (with king-size bed, double sofa bed, air conditioning, 2 TVs with satellite channels and Netflix, fridge, kettle, safe, desk, wireless charger) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, wash basin, toilet, bidet, Bluetooth connection), as well as bathrobes and slippers.
The villa also has a well-equipped kitchen (with all the modern appliances).
Outside, you will find a garden with a large terrace featuring a lounge area (with comfortable outdoor seating) and an alfresco dining area (for 14).
