Beautiful cottage conveniently located on the edge of the New Forest just 5 minutes from Pepper Pig World!
This property is newly renovated with everything to a high standard. Large rear garden with hot tub, table tennis and BBQ. Off road parking for 4 cars.
Within 2 mins walk from the stunning New Forest and lovely country pubs.
Perfect space for large groups and families.
All dogs welcome - but they must be added onto the booking prior to arrival

We booked for a group of friends for an overdue catch up and a long weekend. On arrival we were all pleasantly surprised with the property, pictures don't do it justice. Good quality furnishings, comfy beds, beautiful open plan kitchen and everything you need for a great stay including WiFi. We had 3 cars on the drive and could easily fit another. We spent most of our days in the garden and hot tub, you are not overlooked from any other properties in the garden and it is a bit of a suntrap. At the end of the lane to the left is a well equipped shop and a pub, and to the right from the property a 10 minutes walk to another pub of which we all enjoyed some great food, there is also a garden centre. Polite and a quick response from the hosts. I would love to come stay again and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay. Property and facilities were superb. Wheelchair accessible via back entrance with our own ramps. Wide doors on downstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The garden and hot tub was perfect for young children/toddlers fully secure and safe.
Would definitely return.

Very well-maintained property with ample room, everything you needed and lots to do - games, table tennis, hot tub, BBQ all provided! And the communications with the owners was excellent too.
We really enjoyed our stay - Uni friends celebrating having just graduated!
