Welcome to the Whitefish River Retreat. Bring your paddleboards and floaties as this immaculate townhome grants guests private access to the peaceful Whitefish River. Comfortable furnishings, neatly placed custom artwork, and an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings makes this home feel warm and welcoming. The covered patio also provides awestriking views of the river and mountains abound!
The retreat is situated four blocks from downtown and offers a plethora of activities just outside your door no matter the season. During the summer, take a one-minute drive to the links at the Whitefish Lake Golf Course which features two pristine 18-hole courses. Additionally, a three-minute drive will take you to the Lion Mountain Trailhead which grants access to an expansive trail system for both hikers and mountain bikers alike. Additionally, Glacier Park is just a 45-minute drive to the West.
During the winter months, the golf course transforms into a winter wonderland of cross-country skiing with over 10 miles of groomed trails. The trails are lit during the evening and skis can be rented on-site. This townhome is just a fifteen-minute drive to Whitefish Mountain Resort which offers world-class downhill skiing.
The Space:
This townhome features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two-living rooms within its 2,500 sqft layout. Guests will also have access to the heated two-car garage. Upon entry, tenants will be greeted with a spacious area with plenty of gear storage options. To the right sits the laundry room and just past that is the grand master bedroom. This elegant room features fabulous river views, a large walk-in closet, and a massive dual walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and a separate tub. The His and Her shower area also offers heated floors.
As you enter, walk down the stairs to the lower living room suite. With a wet bar, game table, and a TV surrounded by high-end furniture, this room provides a great setting for group hangouts & an additional sleeping option. The luxury American Leather sleeper sofa folds out to a king bed and the room also provides access to a full bathroom.
A trip up the entry steps will showcase the great room. This area neatly blends the dining room (with seats for eight), the fully-stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and the living room into a single open space. Vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and sprawling views add unmatched comfortability to this room. The great room conveniently provides a full bath near the top of the stairs.
Continue up a half-flight of steps to access the two remaining bedrooms. At the top of the steps sits the guest room which features a king bed and a walk-in closet. Beyond that, guests will find the mini-master which features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite full-sized bathroom.
