About this house rental
This large custom home was designed for entertaining! One level newly renovated home with finished basement has many places to customize activities for everyone in your group. Everything you need for a business or family gathering is here, multiple 65 inch TVs, updated fully stocked modern kitchen, hot tub, open floor plan, and 10 foot ceilings. Guests have whole house access. Property is located on the edge of Bexley, 10 minutes from the airport & downtown, near restaurants, and grocery stores.

Ebony was quick with answers. The house is in a great location. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. If i am ever back in Columbus, I will stay here.

The location of this house is great and in a very nice neighborhood. However, the outside of this house definitely stands out, and not in a good way. It is not nearly as tidy and as nicely manicured as the surrounding houses. As we pulled up, our first impression was not a great one. For a VRBO rental, and because we were using it recreationally, I would have hoped for a little more detail to the outside appearance of the home. We were left with a dirty hot tub and the patio area was definitely in shambles. In addition to the patio table that only had two chairs placed at the table but two up against the hot tub, there was an old kitchen table on top of a piece of plywood randomly in the hot tub area. An old torn and tattered rug, as well as torn pieces of paper and debris, that were likely left by the previous guests, littered this area. The stones used to create a "wall" surrounding the patio were falling over making it hard to move around the hot tub. There were weeds growing up all around, and the black basins of the "garden ponds" contained no water, but were full of leaves and weeds.
The inside of the house was nice and clean, and had plenty of room for our guests. I can see this being decent for business stays, but definitely not great if you're looking for a place to relax on the patio!
