From the Southworth Ferry Terminal-only 10 minutes away, take the 25 minute passenger fast ferry to downtown Seattle, walk off the ferry to tourist attractions such as-Pike Place Market, Post Alley, Seattle Aquarium and the Great Wheel. It’s also a scenic 20 minute drive to Naval Base Kitsap-PSNS or the Bremerton Ferry Terminal. Other options include touring nearby wineries on Bainbridge, golf, or driving across the famous Tacoma Narrows Bridge to enjoy the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium and Point Ruston.

Main Level: A small foyer w/ entry closet welcomes you into the main level (2nd floor), featuring a beautifully furnished mid-century modern living room, with expansive windows looking out on the Puget Sound, a cozy gas fireplace, one of a kind artwork, and Roku enabled tv. The dining area includes a bar cabinet and a gorgeous ceramic marble table with seating for 8. The chef will love the sleek kitchen, with quartz countertops, Cafe stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and double oven. The kitchen is well stocked with an abundance of dishes, utensils, small appliances, additional seating for up to 4, and everything you should need for meal prep. Through the double French doors from the kitchen is the upper deck, offering a dining table w/ umbrella, bar height table w/stools, and a Broilmaster gas grill for well cooked BBQ’s. Enjoy spectacular views while dining alfresco with plentifully stocked outdoor dinner/serving ware. A separate laundry room w/utility sink, half bath, bamboo flooring throughout, and a bluetooth speaker for your favorite playlist, rounds out the main level.

Upper Level: There are 2 bedrooms upstairs from the main level. The large bed #1 includes a queen bed, dresser, walk in closet, plus a cozy tv nook with a twin trundle bed (2 twins), large Roku enabled tv, and jaw dropping views from the window! The 2nd upstairs bedroom #2 offers a double bed, dresser, closet, & a quiet designated workspace with printer and a desk with water views! A full bath completes the upper level. (all beds include extra thick memory foam mattresses w/ample pillows and comfy bedding for a great night’s sleep).

Lower Level: Downstairs from the main level are 2 more bedrooms and an additional full bath. The large bedroom #3 has a queen bed, abundant dresser space, Roku enabled tv, lighted closet, and chair. Bedroom #4 offers twin bunk beds, dresser, closet, outdoor access to the hot tub and covered paver patio, & shelves of board games and puzzles for kids and adults alike. Completing the lower level is a small game room with digital dartboard, foosball table, & full-sized arcade cabinet that plays 60 classic arcade games!

Outdoor Space: Head outside to the extensively landscaped tiered backyard. This home has 3 levels. There are no bedrooms on the main floor. Guests must be able to use stairs.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Outdoor quiet hours should be respected between 10pm-8am.
There is exterior cameras on the property.
No additional guests beyond total guest count permitted without prior authorization.
If house rules or quiet hours are not followed, host has right to terminate reservation and forfeit guest's security deposit.
