The location was perfect...like being in a Halmark movie town. You are a minute to minutes away from great coffee and breakfast (Lake Life Cafe 9/10); groceries and ice cream shop (Bemus Point Market 8/10); a wide selection of restaurants (only tried Ellicottville Brewing 8/10, but quite a few choices); shopping and of course the Lake(!). We would definitely book this stay again.
The "Loft" was pretty awesome in a fantastic location. My petty suggestions would be: 1) better toilet paper (easy fix, as single ply just doesn't cut it for the expected value vs cost); and 2) although the bed was super comfortable, it was very squeaky. Other than these very minor annoyances, it was super nice and my wife and I would definitely stay here again.
