Everything. Clean , beautiful inside and lovely area to sit outside Scones , milk on arrival and tea,coffee provided. Very comfortable bed Fantastic hosts Small walk takes you down to the beach

Spotlessly clean self contained accommodation. Lovely beach within walking distance, super dog friendly pub near by (Smugglers). Great bus service into Teignmouth with bus stop just outside. Bonus with home made scones with clotted cream and jam left in the fridge and an incredibly warm welcoming host Donna for both me and my dog. I would definitely go back.
The walk to the beach is down a steep hill, fine for me but some may find it hard going walking back up.
