La posizione con il parcheggio vicino. Girare a Milano in macchina è un incubo ma avere la certezza di poter parcheggiare quando si rientra a casa è impareggiabile.
La zona sembrava pulita e tranquilla, anche il condominio era molto in ordine.
L’appartamento era accogliente, molto ordinato e pulito.
Peccato per una serie di dettagli che se curati potevano renderla un vero gioiello.
Tutto sommato in ogni caso era ben attrezzata, letto molto comodo e armadio funzionale.
Confortevole anche il riscaldamento condominiale.
2 Piastrelle del pavimento della camera non fisse, il para schizzi della vasca da bagno.
Ma comunque l’appartamento era ottimo.

The kitchen is well-equipped with essential items, including a convenient wine opener, which I found particularly useful as I enjoy purchasing local wines during my visits to Italy but often forget to bring an opener. Additionally, on-street parking is available just outside the property. Guests will appreciate the proximity of a bar and pizzeria, only a few steps away, as well as a nearby church for those seeking a moment of tranquility amidst a busy day.
The towels were blue. I prefer white bed linens and towels, as they symbolize freshness and cleanliness. While I understand that preferences can vary, I believe that white textiles contribute to a more polished and inviting atmosphere.

Wij hebben het fantastisch gehad. Heerlijk geslapen en het appartement is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Milaan.
Locatie is gunstig. Dicht bij openbaar vervoer en restaurant en winkel maar wel buiten centrum Milaan.
En er was een opvallend goed bed (onze ervaring is normaal wel anders), goede airco en een heerlijk zitje op balkon.
We vonden het jammer dat er niet ook iets van 2 comfortabele stoelen of een bankje binnen staat. Door persoonlijke omstandigheden hebben wij 2x een dag in het appartement doorgebracht en dan is het wel fijn als je niet de hele dag op bed hoeft te zitten. Maar als je normaal Milaan in gaat mis je dit ws niet.
Er is overigens wel een zitje op het balkon maar het was nu veel te warm om buiten te zitten.
Verder is er een volwaardige keuken wat heel fijn is, maar wel wat weinig servies/pannen dus als je zelf zou willen koken dan moet je wat creatief zijn, zeker ook omdat je vanwege de stroom niet alle 4 de delen van de kookplaat of een deel van dd kookplaat en de oven tegelijk aan kan hebben.

HOST MOLTO SERIO E ATTENTO, CASA ATTREZZATISSIMA,CONDOMINIO MOLTO TRANQUILLO. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTO APPARTAMENTO MOLTO CONFORTEVOLE. SEPPURE NON VICINISSIMO ALLA METRO E' COMUNQUE SEMPLICE ARRIVARCI CON IL BUS LA CUI FERMATA E' SOTTO CASA.
