Ce n’était pas mon premier séjour et j’en suis toujours aussi contente. L’appartement est spacieux et propre, l’arrivée se fait facilement grâce au explication envoyé par l’hôte et l’emplacement est idéal.

The host’s communication was excellent and the directions/check-in instructions were clear and flawless. The apartment offers many amenities and also provides secure access with a private indoor parking garage, which was very convenient. The balcony and the view were very enjoyable.
The apartment is quite spacious and functional. You can easily find everything you might need during your stay.
However, there were a few things we were not fully satisfied with, mainly regarding cleanliness. The apartment was quite dusty and did not seem to have been professionally cleaned. There was also a lack of basic supplies such as liquid soap and toilet paper. Additionally, the doors were very squeaky.
Other than these issues, it is still a good and preferable option for staying in Paris

- the flat is big and spacious
- Close to 2 big malls where you can buy groceries and eat
- Close to subway
- Quiet area
- extremely dirty: dust everywhere, sticky floor and kitchen, food crumbs in the cabinets, no hand towels, dirty carpet, dirty sheets, dirty pillows etc - it looks like it was never cleaned before
- Bad water shower pressure, mold next to the sink and the faucet
- No mosquito nets
- No AC! - there are 2 mobile cooling units, but they make extremely loud noise and they release hot air at the same time, so they are useless
- Bad smell everywhere
