Smart Tv, got everything you need in the kitchen.

Stayed a few times, it’s great for us who are frequent flyers to Alton Towers from Cornwall. Would highly recommend.

The house is clean and the beds made nicely. It has modern decor. The Tele has a fire stick in it with all streaming services signed in to the owners account which is a nice touch. There are utensils and cooking apparatus in the kitchen. The location is only a short walk from local shops/pubs. Communication with the host was good and I never needed to chase for anything. For the price it was all acceptable.
Honestly the only problems I would highlight would be that the place was fairly cold, even when the heating was on. The couch in the living room was like a rock. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom was utterly worn. The springs dug into my sides like I was a salmon and an eagle and came down to swoop me up for lunch. It was really bad. I looked through other reviews and they said they they would rectify this situation over a year ago, however, it appears to have fallen on deaf ears. If you are looking to book a stay, make sure that there is only enough people to fit the bedrooms upstairs as they had passable, not comfy as per say, but passable beds. Max stay I'd say is 4 singles or 2 couples.

The location was good, easy to park even though street parking with the permits. Good WiFi. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication from the host was great.
The property states it sleeps 8 but only has a 3 seater sofa and a 4 seater (stools) dining table. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of room but the one downstairs was right next to the road so you heard the traffic during the night. The WiFi box was also in this bedroom, right next to the pillow so it buzzed all night and we had to turn it off.
It was a warm day so we had the back door open to let some air in and it was apparent that either next door or someone across like smoking something other than cigarettes, which isn’t ideal when you have kids there.
Although the property was clean it was battered. Plaster chipped on most walls, a chunk taken out of the toilet seat, the bath panel didn’t quite fit. The windows in most rooms were stiff to close. The sofa is stained and covered with blankets.
