Dosta prostora. Blizu centra. Velik televizor. Ima potencijala da bude odlican smestaj ako se bolje opremi.

Losa zvucna izolacija, cuje se sve sa ulice. Grejanje je na dve klime koje slabo greju. Tus nema zavesu i los je odvod za vodu pa se WC poplavi pri tusiranju. Nema fena za kosu. Kuhinja ima samo par tanjira, pribor i case.
