A beautiful visit England 5 star Gold award winning cottage, with everything you need to have your perfect Cornish getaway. The ideal base for a couple or a family holiday.
With easy access to beaches (Praa Sands with its long sandy beach, Surf School, bar and cafes is only minutes away) and the rugged coastline of West Cornwall, the Lizard Peninsula, historic St Ives and the Helford Estuary, the ‘Old Dairy’ and 'The Hayloft' are the perfect place for your Cornish holiday escape.
Little Rosewarne lies nestled at the base of Godolphin Hill within part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage site. From the summit of the hill there are spectacular panoramic views over West Cornwall and the Lizard. The National Trust’s Godolphin Estate borders our grounds with Godolphin House and Gardens a short walk away.

*Kitchen with granite worktops includes Bosch cooking appliances and washer dryer
*Welcome hamper and Cornish cream tea on arrival

*Cot and high chair available as well as steriliser, monitor and other useful accessories
*Oak and slate floors with underfloor heating
*Oak furniture throughout
*Egyptian cotton towels are provided along with Baylis and Harding toiletries
*2nd bedroom can be king sized double, 2 twin or child bed + cot
*Summer house with bikes, toys and pens and paper for our younger guests
*There is also access to a EV charger for a small fee.
Little Rosewarne is a small holding of some 10 acres, we provide our guests access to large open spaces where they can see pigs, chickens and ducks and help with feeding and egg collection!

Beautiful holiday let which was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with all you could need. There was even a black out shade provided for our 3 yr old which was beyond expectations. Lovely garden, friendly, helpful owners and a great base for exploring Cornwall. The ev chartering port is a fantastic edition and makes for a completely stress free stay. Would definitely book again.

So pleased I booked The Old Dairy. It is a great place to stay. Kevin and Kate are charming hosts. The cream tea on arrival was a real treat. I highly recommend this property.
