About this house rental

This furnished room is on the upper level next to a shared bathroom if both rooms are rented out. High quality queen bed. Dresser and night stand. Massive windows. Lot of light.

It’s located near Hyde park and sunningdale. Close to anything you need. . It has a beautiful large backyard. New concrete deck and swimspa custom fire pit. Home gym. Gas fireplace being installed soon

The house is quite large. Large living room and main floor to enjoy. A second recroom almost finished in basement with another bedroom. So lots of space for .
Privacy for all.

I live in the home. And like a nice clean home and shared space. It’s just over a year old. Have a weekly cleaner

There are two rooms upstairs and a bath available. One smaller room available now if you need two rooms
