Look no further, Summer Wind is your perfect island getaway house. Newly renovated from top to bottom, this beauty has it all; heated private pool, fenced-in back backyard, four bedrooms, two full baths, sleeps 10 comfortably, parking for 4 vehicles, parking for a small boat, and a six-passenger golf cart for your entire stay.
Enter through the second-floor front door to a well-lit, open floor plan, with plenty of windows, and appealing white shiplap walls.
The dining area, to the left, has a sizable dining table that will seat eight with two benches, and two regular chairs. There is extra seating at the kitchen bar with three barstools.
On to the living area, where two soft leather sofas provide plenty of seating for watching the smart flat screen TV with Wi-Fi, end tables with lamps, two stools, and a coffee table.
Behind the barn doors is a shelved space that has several family board, and card games, as well as puzzles for your entertainment. This space is also home to several appliances for the kitchen, including a blender, toaster, crock pot, food processor, and a regular drip coffee maker. (There is also a gate to put at the top of the stairs).
The kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless-steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, a walk-in pantry, and a Keurig coffee maker. To the right of the main entrance is a small entryway with two side chairs.
To the left is BA1) which has a magnificent tiled walk-in shower, and quartz countertops with dual sinks.
Down the hallway to the left is BD1) the master, and it is complete with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest for your beach clothing, a closet, and a smart TV. This bedroom also has access to a private balcony.
Next is BD2) it consists of a Queen size bed, nightstands with lamps, and a closet.
Down the hall is BD3) complete with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, and a small closet.
Down the staircase to the first level, around the corner, is a full-size laundry room with a washer & dryer.
Straight ahead is BD4) it is complete with two queen size beds, and a nightstand with lamps. This room also has a lovely living area, with a small game table, a smart flat-screen TV, a closet, and a chest for clothing.
BA2) This bathroom has another gorgeous tiled walk-in shower, quartz countertops, and a sink.
The main door from the living area leads outside to the back backyard, where you will find a private pool; this pool can be heated at an extra charge. There is also a pergola with a picnic table along with a charcoal grill and chairs to relax and catch some rays.
Great location as well, with shopping, restaurants, popular Roberts Point Park, Port Aransas Art Center, and nightlife close by.
