Close to the bay, this beach apartment brings it all within reach. Thanks to the convenient covered onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and enjoy a short 5-minute walk to Troncones Beach, or easily tackle the quick 6-minute drive to Troncones Point.

After you return, you can unwind at the beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), chill by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink on the deck or patio; you may also like the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

We loved our 2 week stay at this beautiful, well equipped condo. The ocean view was stunning. The small pool and grounds were kept in immaculate shape daily. Property management on site were very attentive and efficient. We will return for another relaxing stay!

We were very surprised how far out of Troncones this rental is. However, Sandy’s taxi was always available as needed. The view is amazing! The short walk to the beach bars just right. We ate at Antonio’s often. The condo itself was lovely. The decor was nice and we made use of our terrace all the time. The pool was greatly appreciated. We had some special needs as far as linens and towels and Jessica handled it beautifully. Oscar was very willing to bring us water as needed and Pati is a very efficient housekeeper. NEREA should be very proud of the team. Thank you for everything.

This was our second stay here. It is in a quiet hamlet with real Mexican people and their animals. The accommodations are new and well provisioned especially for folks like us who like cooking and eating at home, lovely small pool, on the ocean with a walking beach very near. The manager is very friendly and responds to needs immediately with a smile! Very clean and well kept throughout. A fabulous place!
