About this villa rental
The property is made up of 8 apartments (with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms) offering 17 bedrooms perfect to accomodate large groups of people, and so ideal for groups of relatives or friends.
If you're looking for a large holiday accomodation in the summertime from May to September, or for a beautiful location for your event (wedding, anniversary, birthday celebration) contact us to have more information on availabilities and rates.
Our stone medieval villa with a swimming pool, a sun terrace, a panoramic patio and arcades, offers a unique location for your special event.
Please note, renting the whole property about 1000 sqm (8 apartments) with exclusivity , you'll have 17 separate bedrooms and 9 bathrooms at your disposal suitable from 20 up to 35-40 people.
In May and September we may also offer an additional discount on 7 nights stays.
Who We Are: a Medieval Guest House in an ideal position to reach the major Tuscan cities of arts. It is located on a Hill in the municipality of Vinci (where Leonardo was born) just 3 km from the town where you can find shops of all kinds.
Our charming villa is all in the original barestone, standing on a top of a hill with a superb view and a peaceful landscape. It is surrounded by olive trees, and it's only 20 minutes away from Florence. It is in an ideal position to reach Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Pistoia, which are reachable in less than 1 hour.
Our position is much regarded from tourists who love to visit cities and Medieval villages of the Chianti area, because we're just 6 km from the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno which is a big highway that allows everybody to move quickly in Tuscany.

- Ancient wood burning oven and large gazebo equipped with tables and chairs, where guests can cook together and enjoy their time.
- Ping Pong table and table football.
- Laundry room with washing machine.
- Flower garden.
- Large panoramic patio equipped with tables and chairs for moments of relax, and provided with moveable crystal glasses to be used all year around.
- Panoramic swimming pool amid olive trees, and sun terrace with sun beds, chairs and umbrellas. Showers, toilet and changing room usually are open from April to October.
- Heated Whirlpool/Jacuzzi for 6 people in the open air under a patio with a sofa and chairs to relax and talk amid olive groves and nature landscapes.

The quietness of the countryside all around, the flower garden, the fine restoration of the villa in full respect of the original architecture, the swimming pool and jacuzzi with sun beds in the open air, and a large patio arcade part of an ancient building with a wonderful view on the Tower of Vinci, together with the courtesy of the owner, will surely give you unforgettable Tuscan style memories.

Beautiful Villa and setting for my daughters wedding. All guests thought the property was stunning and gorgeous. Paola is lovely and helpful, hosts are kind and communicative. Beds were comfortable and apartments contain all necessary items for a long stay. Surrounded by olive trees, flowers, and the rolling hills of Tuscany.We had the small cafe up the road (David) create a pizza welcoming dinner upon our arrival utilizing the onsite pizza oven, and the catering for the wedding. He and his staff cooked amazing authentic food for us. Highly recommend as well. Thank you Stephania and Allesandra for your hospitality and the opportunity to create beautiful lifetime memories. -Terasa

OMG! Absolutely the best place ever for our 50th wedding anniversary. Our entire family could be there with an exclusive rental. All complemented on the location.You will need mosquito spray and be aware of suns beds

Beautiful with the group area at the pool and kitchen but also per family our own appartment. Great help during our stay for cleaning and questions as well.

We had an amazing stay with Stefania and her villa in the Tuscany hills near Vinci. The villa and apartments are amazing and spacious. The kitchen and community area allows dinner for 30+ people. The kitchen helps to prepare for the same. The pool offers you a quiet area to relax and see gorgeous sunsets. We will come back!
