About this chalet rental
Independent chalet for 10 people 300m from the center of Gressoney Saint Jean and short distance from the ski slopes, with private garden, surrounded by meadows and woods, easily accessible by car in both summer and winter.
The house consists of two floors, on the ground floor there are entrance hall, living room with SAT TV and a single folding bed ottoman (can be moved into one of the rooms), kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, toaster, American coffee machine, toaster), dining room with satellite TV, full bathroom with shower and dryer.
On the first floor there is a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine, corridor, access to the balcony and 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom No 1 with two single beds, a pouf single folding bed, baby bed
Bedroom No 2 with two single beds
Bedroom No 3 with two single beds passing to bedroom No. 4
Bedoom No 4 with two single beds.
Independent heating with radiators, available high chair, iron and ironing board.
The private and equipped outdoor area is for the exclusive use of the chalet and does not see the passage of other guests, has a table and chairs, sun umbrella, deck chairs, charcoal barbecue.
Reached in summer by flat road, and in winter by flat road paved and kept free of snow.

We had as always a very nice stay in this nice big house. The price of a week energy consumption is Hugh (180 euro).Some things were new or renewed; Nice! Unfortunately a few things were less. The dish washer didn’t clean well, we tried to clean it, but the effect was so so; dishes and cutlery were dirty. The shower head was broken and after replacenent not working well.

The house was perfect for us and our mountain sports itinery. If felt a bit like a mountain hut with its rustic charm whilst being close to the road and easy to heat etc. I imagine it would be nice in the summjer too with its sun terrace. The owner communicated well and quickly.
