The accomodation was great, the view superb and the pool relaxing. We stayed with our family for one week. Had i known how Nice it was it would certainly have booked for two weeks.

Beautiful classic design house with a fantastic view of the lake below. Great position for local beaches, shopping and dining. You could get around on bikes but a car helps in the heat. Nothing better than sitting in the evening on the balcony taking in the lake view as the sun comes down. The jewel in this house is the pool. Its large and a top class facility and although shared was always empty to use. In the heat of the summer its a welcome way to cool down. The hosts live on site but never seen and very friendly to welcome you and say goodbye. Recommended

This is a spacious country house overlooking the Bourget lake, and the view is simply astonishing.
Pros: Where to start...
- Can easily accommodate multiple couples and children, since there are two apartments.
- House is well-equipped: Kitchen has everything, stove works great, two fridges. Multiple bathrooms, bedding arrangements were comfortable.
- If you're not sure about using the pool which is on the owners' side, don't worry. They're totally cool about it.
- Zero crime or safety concerns.
- Small-but-good supermarket walking distance, massive Carrefour is a 15 minute drive.
- Owners: Kind and welcoming. Born-and-raised locals, they know everything, especially about skiing and biking.
Aix les Bains & Savoie: Hiking without a drive, biking around Mont Revard, access to the beach and the marina, Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva are all a short drive. The food is spectacular and the Savoyards are very laid-back.
Cons: None.
Note: This house is slightly on the rustic side and does not have AC, which was fine by us. In June, the windows were permanently open, with a breeze, lovely garden and no adjacent structures. We were very comfortable with the fans in 85F / 27C temps.
