Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles. Note: The property is accessed by a narrow archway and unmade track which is uneven in places. The archway measures H 2.2m x W 2.5m x D 6.2m so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: If you wish any of the bedrooms to be made up as twin please let us know at the time of booking. Note: There is a sofa bed in the snug which can be made up as additional sleeping for 2 people so please let us know at the time of booking. Note: Logs for the wood burning stove are not supplied. Please be aware that the neighbouring property to Pippin is having scaffolding erected on the 22nd of September 2025 and work will commence on the 29th. We are hopeful that disruption will be kept to a minimum but please bare this in mind when booking over this period.
