The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six people, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove and a utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double and a twin with en-suite shower room, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is a private veranda with decking and furniture, shared lawned area, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Please ensure dogs are kept downstairs at all times. Escape to Cornwall in style with a stay at Primrose.

Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project, Falmouth's National Maritime Museum, and Padstow, a charming harbour town with its famous pubs and restaurants, are all within a reasonable driving distance from the property. Lanhydrock House, Fowey, Charlestown, The Eden Project, and Lostwithiel are all within reasonable driving distance and make for great day trips. A wide range of rural pubs and eateries may be found in the immediate vicinity.
