Hosting four bedrooms, three of which lie on the ground-floor including a double with en-suite shower, a double and a twin room, with a double room on the first floor and a ground-floor shared bathroom, sleeping up to eight guests in total. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is a rear garden with a lawn, patio and decking with seating, while off-road parking for three cars is available on the front drive. Auverne is a stunning Cornish gem, perfect for a large family holiday.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, airfryer, nespresso, washer/dryer, TV and WiFi. Washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge/freezer on lower ground. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available.
