Ubicación , a 10 minutos Estación Ave y muy cerca de paradas de Autobús y Metro. Mercadona a la vuelta de la esquina. Buena climatización y todo funcionando correctamente. Chek in en el propio edificio.
Mejorar el mantenimiento de algunas paredes, sucias y algún rodapié suelto y viejo.
