Location and facility(the garage is really nice).
Cleanliness needs to be improved, would like the bedding sheets more clean. Kitchen appliances, like the pans, cutting boards need to be replaced.

Location was great and a quiet neighbourhood. Only a short uber ride into the centre of Nashville. Spacious rooms and great underground parking. There are a lot of stairs but helps that each floor has a bathroom. For a girls trip away it felt very safe and secure.

We had to look for the towels. They were still in the dryer. That was after we went to the store and bought some.

very cute and well appointed, but needed a deep cleaning when we arrived. The staff was extremely responsive and took care of all of our concerns quickly.
The only thing was the beds weren’t especially comfortable and everything needed to be deep cleaned however, once we shared those concerns with the staff, everything was handled beautifully
