没什么特别不满意的！整体超棒，如果硬要说，可能就是位置稍偏安静小区，离热门景点走路20多分钟，但对想住得舒服的人反而是优点。

First of all, Monica, the host, is a wonderful person. She always provided prompt assistance throughout my stay. This was the best value for money among the many places I've stayed in London in the last three months. I stayed alone in a quadruple room with a garden view. It was very comfortable, with a nice double bed and a study/living room. The shared kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The area is quiet and peaceful. The tram stop is just a 3-5-minute walk away, and transfers are easy to get to central London. It's also very close to the center of New Addington, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
Everything was good enough for me. So I don t have any negative comment here.
