L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico di Caserta a 4 min dalla Reggia. Nelle vicinanze si trovano bar, ristoranti e negozi. La struttura inoltre è molto bella, ma non curatissima nei minimi dettagli.

Pulizia molto scarsa, soprattutto del bagno e della cucina. Macchie molto evidenti sul divano e sulle tende del salotto. L'appartamento si presenta nuovo, ma i dettagli non sono minimamente curati. Parte del mobilio si presenta danneggiato. Il check in un po' complicato o comunque spiegato male.
