L'appartement est bien situé, juste derrière la gare. Son équipement est complet.
Par contre, il est plus petit qu'imaginé et exposé côté colline. L'environnement est calme, mais l'immeuble n'est pas isolé phoniquement. Je souhaitais travailler et jouer de la clarinette, ce qui ne me fut pas possible car je dérangeais trop les voisins.
