Value for money in such a brilliant location

Location is good, neighboorhood is next to the Hyde Park and to Metro Station. Nearby road with KFC, Tesco and many others. Clean and modern rooms. Also I want to thank the check-out Reception man that help me give the adaptors to my brother and kept them at the Reception for 1 day.
No elevator. Also the Check-In Reception man gave us a twin room, while the Reservation was for 4 people(2 adults 2 children). We were forced to walk 15 numbers down the Street, then 5 floors up with suitcases, FOR 2 TIMES. Then he claim it was "booking.com" fault, which is wrong, because the Property had confimerd 2 times our arrival and the quadruple room. So he put me and my family into great suffering with suitcases, walking and climbing the stairs FOR NO REASON, JUST BECAUSE HE MADE A MISTAKE THAT HE DID NOT ADMIT AND APOLOGISE FOR.

Location is very good, staff was nice
Rooms could be renovated, bathroom was incredibly small (I’m a short person and even for me it was very small).
We had a room on the last floor (5th floor) with no lift. I live on a 4th floor with no lift and am used to climbing 4 flights of stairs a few times per day, but this was very tiring for me.
