The property was in a great location, very close to the beach. Parking spot in a garage was provided.

Condo itself was fine. Although not very user friendly. No pillows or blankets on the couches: we had to pull pillows off the bed to be comfortable watching tv in the living room. Just not very comfortable; it felt more sterile, like a hotel.
Was not made aware it was the bottom of a condo as the description was for “whole house”. Only after did I pay for the rental did I find out it was the bottom half of a dwelling. I would never have rented this space had that been disclosed beforehand. So I feel as if the description is not accurate or honest. The noise from the upstairs tenets: toilets flushing, water running, doors or windows being slid open and closed, footsteps up the stairs, heavy footsteps was more than annoying . One night woke everyone up . Will not rent space again and I would encourage you to be more accurate in your description of the condo.
Also the location was horrible for parking, and if you had dogs no where to walk the dogs easily around the location. The parking was so bad we couldn’t go out in the evening for fear of not finding parking anywhere within close proximity to the condo. Kind of took the fun out of being there.
Lastly, the description also states it is well stocked with supplies you will need. Toilet paper on the rolls in each of the bathrooms was mostly gone. As were the paper towels. There were a total of 3 garbage bags. I had to go replace all of those items.
For the amount of money that was charged for the rental I would have expected better supplies.
