Die Lage ist top, 15 Min zu Fuss nach Hvar Stadt, 3 Min ans Meer und 10 Min zum schönsten Strand der Insel. Aussicht von der Terrasse und der Aussenbereich der Villa sind grossartig.
Die untere Etage war feucht und roch streng. Der Innen-Bereich ist generell stark in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Rennovation. Bäder vor allem im unteren Bereich klein und schmuddelig. Die Küchenausstattung lässt zu Wünschen übrig falls man gerne selbst kocht.

Great pool area with amazing views! House was perfect for what we needed with lots of space inside and out.
Would have been nice to have a closed off area before the steps but that is preference due to having young children but we used the Sun loungers so it wasn’t a problem at all.
