Large renovated house situated next to the owners' villa in the hills just outside the ancient Etruscan city of Cortona, famous for the remains of this ancient civilization. The walls that surround the city and the old streets of the city make it a place with particular charm: antique shops, charming restaurants churches and museums. Casa Liliana is located on naturally terraced land rising above the Chiana valley and offers an extensive and relaxing panorama. The house is surrounded by a pretty natural park with age-old trees, ideal for going on pleasant walks with a swimming pool of exclusive use of the guests (13 x 8, 1.40 m deep) (01/05-30/9) and an area with very nice garden furniture. The house is divided into 2 independent apartments and is ideal for groups of friends who want to spend a holiday together without giving up each their own privacy. Both apartments have central heating, Internet connection, DVD player, comfortable furniture with Tuscan antiques as well. Possibility on request of extra cleaning, cook for lunch and dinner, cooking classes, wine tours. Car park in the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must take place between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm. From 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm check-in is guaranteed upon a fee of Euro 50. After 10.00 pm check in will not be guaranteed and if carried out the fee will be Euro 100. Check out is strictly at 9.30am. Only small pets are allowed at the added fee of 100 euros per pet per week.Possibility of charging electric cars (cost of electricity to be paid on the spot according to consumption).ACCOMMODATION: (apartment 1) GR. FL.: entrance living room, large and well-equipped kitchen/dining room (freezer, oven, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 2 twin bedded rooms each with bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
(Apartment 2) 1st fl. (with access from an external stairway with characteristic covered terrace): living room with fireplace, well-equipped dining room/kitchen (freezer, oven, dishwasher and small kitchen appliances), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room both with bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room.DISTANCES: 8 km Cortona, 12 km Lake Trasimeno, 45 km Perugia, 60 km Assisi, 78 km Siena, 110 km Florence, 200 km Rome.
Tourist tax per person/day 2.50 Euro
