Complete nightmare of a stay. No sleep, freezing pool, balcony constantly shaded, poor food and, when I asked for compensation, the management lied!

Our stay at this hotel was dreadful. Despite booking two rooms for six people (4 adults and 2 children aged 16 and 3), we faced a nightmare at check-in. The reception staff rudely questioned us about the 16-year-old's age, despite it being correctly mentioned in our Agoda booking. They demanded an extra 300 euros, which was eventually halved after a heated argument involving the manager. The rooms were poorly managed. There were no large towels available, even though we had access to the pool. On the second day, towels were still not provided after cleaning, and we had to request them. Setting up the sofa bed for my brother was another hassle, as the staff merely handed us bedding instead of assisting. Basic amenities were lacking – no water bottles after the first day and a leaky shower that wasn't cleaned until the third day. The bathrobes were of terrible quality, with cotton sticking to my skin. Breakfast was monotonous and limited. When it was time to check out, the staff only assisted with luggage from one room. Despite our requests, no one helped with the second room's luggage, causing a significant delay with our waiting van. The reception staff then blackmailed us, refusing to help unless we provided room cards, which they could have retrieved themselves. Overall, the staff was extremely rude, and the service was subpar. I strongly advise finding another hotel.
