About this house rental

Newly renovated two bedroom victorian terraced house with two bathrooms in the heart of affluent Harborne, Birmingham. Situated opposite the QE hospital, a 5 minute walk to The University of B'ham and a 10 minute walk to Harborne High Street. B'ham city centre is a 6 min train away.

** PLEASE NOTE, THE HOUSE IS SITUATED ON THE ROAD OPPOSITE THE QUEEN ELIZABETH HOSPITAL/UNIVERSITY OF BIRMINGHAM, THIS IS THE CLOSEST RESIDENTIAL ROAD TO BOTH THE HOSPITAL AND UNIVERSITY**

The newly renovated house is split over two floors. Everything is brand new and finished to a high specification to create a light and spacious 'home away from home'.

Downstairs the property has a living room, large open plan kitchen/diner, utility and downstairs toilet. Outside there is a Victorian courtyard/patio area and garden. The living room has two sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped for 4 adults plus children (high chair available on request). The utility includes a washing machine, please note there is no tumble dryer but clothes airer is provided.

Upstairs the property has two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one double has an en suite and the other double has a separate family bathroom). Travel cot is available on request.

The property has a private driveway with space for one car included. Please note that because of the properties proximity to the QE hospital and university the off road parking in this area is permit only and can be difficult, please contact us in advance if you need to bring more than one car.

Please feel free to ask any questions that you have. This is our home that we rent on Verb when we are not there, we believe this gives a 'home away from home' feeling that is missing from professional hosts. For that reason we do not accept anybody who does not introduce themselves or has appeared not to read our listing.

Great hosts! They replied to our messages right away. Beautifully decorated. Amazing bathrooms. Great natural light that comes into the kitchen. Backyard was a plus. 15 min walk to Harborne Village where there were plenty of shops and restuarants.

Ellis' home is all at once comfortable, welcoming, modern, and spotless. It is also in a fantastic location for the walking area, hospital, and university. Ellis is exceptionally responsive and check-in was a breeze. A lovely stay!
