About this house rental
Our villa is located on the hills overlooking the magnificent Rade d'Agay, in the private and secure domain of Rastel d'Agay.
It is a detached house divided into two parts with a closed and raised garden of 1.200 M2 and a beautiful private swimming pool heated in spring and autumn.
The villa enjoys a magnificent view of the sea and the red rocks of the Esterel massif.
The swimming pool and its terrace also have a very beautiful sea view.
The villa is made up of 2 independent apartments:
Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, a terrace with sea view and a terrace on the garden side with barbecue.
Downstairs: 1 double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, shower room, terrace, summer kitchen and balcony.
The sandy beach and all the shops necessary for your holidays are located 7/10 minutes on foot through the bottom of the garden.
In summer, the public beach is supervised by lifeguards (see the exact dates and times on the Saint-Raphaël town hall website).
New for 2023: 27 m2 terrace with magnificent sea view and outdoor summer kitchen.
The swimming pool was built in 2021 and benefits from a sea view. Its size is 8 meters by 4 meters with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.60 m. Our swimming pool specialist intervenes once or twice a week for maintenance from April to October to guarantee you impeccable water.
The villa is ideally located 7/10 minutes walk from all the shops (bakery, mini-markets...), restaurants, shops, Agay train station and bus stops.
Located in the middle of greenery and in a quiet area, it is nevertheless very close to all the activities offered by the Massif de l'Estérel and the Côte d'Azur.
Ideal for holidays with family, friends and for teleworking with very good wifi.
Your pets are welcome, they will enjoy the large garden and beautiful walks around the house.
The rental concerns the whole house (the two apartments), the swimming pool and its fenced garden of 1,200 m².
The villa is ideally located in Agay in the town of Saint-Raphaël in the Var department between Saint-Tropez and Nice.
Our house is perfect for holidays with family or friends.
The two separate accommodations, with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms will allow you to be together while having your privacy preserved.
4 large terraces and a balcony for taking a siesta or reading a book.
Many activities are available in Agay and the surrounding area for families, sports enthusiasts, adventurers... for walks in the Esterel, water sports, golf, tennis, cycling, climbing...
Please note there are many stairs and our house may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties, thank you for your understanding.
As I say in the description the house is not a luxury house, it is a vacation home, a family home, a guest house, "a sinner's cabin" in all simplicity, the magic t is above all the view and the exceptional location that we particularly appreciate so despite all our efforts there are imperfections and thank you for your understanding.

On a passé une très belle sejour dans la villa de la famille Rolland.
C'est une très jolie maison, bien équipée. Il y a plein d'espace a l’intérieur aussi que dans le jardin. Chaque matin on prenait le petit déjeuner sur une des terrasses profitant d'une très belle vue de la mer d'un cote et des montagnes de roches rouges de l'autre.
La maison n'est même pas dix minutes a pied de la plage et des restaurants.
Même au commencement d'avril il y avait le soleil à Agay. Presque tous les restaurants et boutiques étaient ouverts. On a pu faire de très agréables promenades sur les montagnes et il y avait déjà quelques nageurs dans la mer.
La gestionnaire est super- amicale et elle était toujours prête a nous aider.
Nous serons bien contents de retourner faire autres séjours dans la villa.
We spent a lovely break at the villa.
The house is very pretty and well appointed with plenty of space inside and out.
It was a pleasure to have breakfast on one of the terraces with us overlooking the sea on one side and the red rocks of the mountains on the other.
The beach and restaurants are no more than a ten minutes walk away.
Even at the beginning of April the weather was lovely and warm in Agay. Nearly all the restaurants and shops were open. The walks in the mountains were fabulous and a few people were already swimming in the sea.
The property manageress is ever so friendly and always ready to help.
We'd be delighted to stay here again.
