About this house rental
Nice cottage in scenic and secluded surroundings near the village of Brattland in Helgeland. Great for hiking in the forest and mountains. Good sea fishing and several fish-rich lakes in the area. Pets allowed. The cabin is furnished in wilderness style. One bedroom with a double bed and 2 sleeping places on the sofa in the living room. Two bunk beds in the annex next to the cabin. Free internet for surfing. Wood-burning stove in the living room that provides good heat on cold days. From the cabin and the terrace there is a view of the fjord and the island of Aldra. Here you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful sunset and see waterfalls in the mountains. Garden grill available. A large wilderness area with forest and mountains invites wonderful walks for the whole family. There are several fishing lakes here where fishing can be done against the purchase of a fishing licence. Only 300 m from the sea with abundant sea fishing. Boat trips can be arranged with the veteran boat Havung, a 52-foot boat that can take up to 30 passengers. A coastal fortress from the Second World War is among the sights in the area. 1 km to Aldersundet marina, where an 18-foot boat with a 40 hp engine with echo sounder, GPS and chart plotter can be hired if available. Requests made during the stay. 800 m to grocery shop.
