Cottage with one double. Sauna. Adults only.. These single storey beautifully appointed cottages are ideal for touring the spectacular West Wales peninsula, the Brecon Beacons, the Pembrokeshire Coastal path and the Millennium Coastal Park.
Pembroke and Kilgetty castles, the Teifi Valley, Cenarth salmon leap waterfalls, and the Llys-Y-Fran reservoir offer a feast for the eyes, while the Gwilli Steam Railway and the fabulous Oakwood Theme Park guarantee fun for all the family. The cottages were absolutely gorgeous. We were lucky enough to be there just the 2 of us the whole week we were away.There’s just a couple of things that we’re not big enough issues to raise to staff but I think should be noted Towels - whilst it doesn’t expressly state in the description they would be provided it was a bit odd to see there wasn’t even hand towels or tea towels for washing dishes, I think there should be something stating to bring these with you as we had to go out and buy them.Cleanliness - overall the cottage was well maintained and clean, but we did notice one sock had been lock seemingly by the previous holiday goers and a couple of the mugs were not cleaned very wellThat’s literally the only 2 bad things I can say, it was a lovely spot, nice and cozy and warm and would definitely recommend.The only other thing (and this is not a bad thing at all) that isn’t obvious when booking is the layout of the cottages; effectively it’s one long building split into 4 cottages. We cannot say how sons proof the walls are as like I say we were fortunate enough to have it all to ourselves.Willow cottage itself is perfect for 2 people!
