The location was great.
The host was friendly.
We booked fairly last-minute so it was fairly priced
Full blackout roller shades.
The parking is actually in a parking lot nearby, not on the property. But it's still less than 1 minute walk.
The sheets on the bed were low quality.
The bedroom was so small that the door couldn't be closed because the bed is in the way, which wasn't a big issue, but there's a smoke detector or something in the living room that would blink green every 5 seconds, so the full blackout roller shades were good at blocking external light, but the blinking we couldn't block was annoying.

The best thing was access to a parking. Serres is difficult for parking and this was a huge advantage. The flat is nice, it has a sofa that could be used as a extra bed.
