Everything is made for pleasent stay. Great quiet location, nice fireplace, clean, very nice hosts. Nice furniture so you feel here like at home (plus mauntain ambience). Great wifi, there is cover for car (something like garage). All equipment in the house is functional and appropriate. Good TV and cable channels list, netflix etc. It’s located 35 minutes from Bad Kleinkirkestain and St Oswald and 50 minutes from Turracher Hohe ski areas. So you can ski every day different ski center. Nice traffic, no jams in the morning. We were there in peak ski season and were skiing all 3 areas.
Closest market is in Milstat - few km from the house.

Hallo Jürgen & Karina, Erstmal möchten wir uns für einen wunderschönen Urlaub in eurem Ferienhaus bedanken. Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage bei Euch und es fehlte an nichts. Es war so als wenn man zu Hause angekommen ist. Ein plus für uns war immer ein gutes Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse und der tolle Ausblick. Vielen lieben herzlichen Dank dafür. Wir würden bestimmt auch gerne mal wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße Heike und Torsten
