Comme d'habitude avec booking, on l'impression de resrever avec petit dej et vue sur mer puis oh quand on arrive "ah non". Votre site n'est pas clair pour ça. Rien à voir avec Roz Marine

L’ambiance, le cadre, la gentillesse du personnel. Le spa bien sûr, et la vue de la suite.
J’avais demandé une petite attention pour des fiançailles et nous n’avons rien eu malheureusement, ni dans la chambre ni au restaurant.. alors que j’avais eu une réponse positive à ma demande.

L’emplacement, la restauration et le complexe thalasso étaient très bien, ainsi que le restaurant.
Les prix exorbitants des petits déjeuner et le personnel d’accueil qui n’était pas accueillant. Nous avons été snobés et avons difficilement eu accès à l’espace thalasso, aucune possibilité pour accéder aux soins et maasages, bien que nous ayons réservé à l’hôtel depuis des semaines…
