The view from this apartment is spectacular. It looks exactly like the photos. The location is perfectly located and convenient. The apartment is also large and comfortable with two bathrooms and a kitchen and dining area as well as plenty of seating. This feels like a well loved and cherished family home.

We were never able to fully settle in to this apartment because it felt like we were squatting in someone’s home. The apartment is filled with beautiful artwork and lots of sculptures and knickknacks, which made it feel much more like we were staying in someone’s home who had just stepped out, rather than in a rental apartment or hotel.

After several days in the big cities, Santa Margherita was a delightful getaway. In late May, we were ahead of the summer tourist rush, and loved meeting many locals. A short ferry ride to Portofino and a walk back along the coastline path was a great outing. The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful view overlooking the bay. And it couldn't have been better located. Abundant cafes and restaurants were just outside our door, and it was just a 10-minute walk to the train station.

These did not impact us, but note that it's a 3rd level apartment, so be prepared to climb some stairs. They clearly note there is no air conditioning, so FYI, that the beautiful view of the sea is accompanied by lots of warming summer sun.

Appartamento sotto tanti aspetti stratosferico, la posizione impagabile, vista mare a 30 metri sul davanti, la piazza centrale del duomo sul retro, 3 divani in grande sala, 2 bagni, provvisto di tutto, veramente tutto, non manca nulla.

La più bella finestra di tutto l'appartamento è rotta e non si può aprire! Un vero peccato anche perché non credo ci voglia tanto per ripararla. La cornetta della doccia è decisamente da cambiare. Il quarto letto è in realtà una rete perterra ma in ogni caso è comoda. Terzo piano senza ascensore, ma devo dire che non sono scale particolarmente lunghe.
