About this house rental

Very recent holiday home, ideally equipped for a maximum of 4 people, 200m from the Ourthe near Melreux - Hotton. The cozy Durbuy (10 km) and Hotton (2.5 km) are easily accessible in the area. Cozy living room with open kitchen, bedroom with double bed and modern bathroom with shower. A large sliding window gives access to the sun-oriented terrace and small enclosed garden. On the first floor you have a spacious mezzanine and one open bedroom with two single beds and a sink.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Layout: Ground floor: (open kitchen(cooker(ceramic), coffee machine, oven, fridge), Living/diningroom(TV(digital), dining table, seating area), Bedroom with bathroom(double bed, shower, washbasin), toilet) On the 1st floor: (mezzanine(2x single bed, seating area, washbasin)) stove(Pellet), heating(electric), terrace, garden, garden furniture, BBQ(electric), parking

We had a wonderful stay at this charming holiday home just a stone's throw from the Ourthe River, The cozy living room and open kitchen were perfect for our small family, We particularly enjoyed the sun-oriented terrace and the enclosed garden, where we spent our afternoons soaking up the sun, The location is fantastic, with Durbuy and Hotton being easily accessible for day trips, The hosts were very welcoming, and the house was clean and well-equipped, A great spot for a quiet getaway!

De pelletkachel is moeilijk aan te krijgen voor mensen die het gebruik van een pelletkachel niet kennen. De pelletkachel maakt ook veel lawaai en hebben we niet kunnen programmeren waardoor we steeds in een koud huisje terechtkwamen.
