The house was a perfect spot to explore eastern Normandy, we drove up to Gris Nez to look at the Cliffs of Dover and, on the other side, the Town of Honfleur was amazing. Great restaurants in every direction and wonderful scenery, especially Veiulles les Roses and St Valery en Caux. The house could have used more instruction in English, we had trouble with the internet and turning on the heat to take the night's chill off. Maybe where to get firewood? But Jean-Marc and Catherine were great hosts, on the morning of the departure our car was dead, after a quick email they found a mechanic to come out and get us rolling within 30 minutes. Were we psyched, thanks again!

Everything was as written in the advertisement. House is really for 8-10 people, and so is the availability of kitchen utensils, glasses etc. Spacious house, quiet area. One little thing: there was a problem with the Internet, but not inside the house, but with Orange FR. A cable or something. We found an OK solution for it though.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for a group of 7 in 3 generations. The nearby seaside town of St Valery-en Caux was brilliant for the children.
