The 900-square-metre, flower-filled garden property is located in a quiet residential area of the seaside resort, which is undisputedly considered the most popular seaside resort on the Pink Granite Coast. Particularly pleasant is the bright, light-flooded living area, with its high window fronts, which offers a wonderful view of the beautiful garden. The well-maintained furnishings and also the cosy wood-burning stove offer excellent living comfort, so that you can spend a successful Brittany holiday here at any time of year. The well-known author Bannalec set his sixth novel here and describes the enchanting stretch of coastline where Inspector Dupin spends his holidays in vivid colours. Perros-Guirec impresses with its various white sandy beaches, a wide range of leisure activities, numerous water sports, a marina and a wellness centre. Activities nearby: In all seasons, the well-known seaside resort has much to offer. Water sports and hiking in summer, wellness and culture out of season. Just a few kilometres from Perros are the impressive field formations of Ploumanac'h. Photographers will find countless beautiful motifs for their holiday memories here.
